The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale pricing is 50 pieces per design. For custom printing, MOQ is 100 pieces.
Can I get a sample before bulk ordering? β–Ύ
Yes! We provide physical samples for β‚Ή99 per piece (shipping included), which is refunded when you place a bulk order above 200 units.
Do you do custom logo printing? β–Ύ
Absolutely. We offer screen printing, digital print, gold foil embossing, UV spot, hot stamping and debossing. All printing is free above 500 pieces.
What payment terms do you offer? β–Ύ
For first orders: 50% advance, 50% before dispatch. For repeat clients (3+ orders): 30-day credit terms available with MSME registration.
How long does production take? β–Ύ
Standard orders: 3–5 days. Custom print orders: 5–7 days. Express production (24–48 hrs) available at 20% surcharge for orders above 200 units.
Do you provide GST invoices? β–Ύ
Yes, all orders come with a proper GST invoice. We are GST registered. For B2B orders, provide your GSTIN and we'll include it on the invoice.
