What is the minimum order for wholesale? ▾
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale pricing is 50 pieces per design. For custom printing, MOQ is 100 pieces.
Can I get a sample before bulk ordering? ▾
Yes! We provide physical samples for ₹99 per piece (shipping included), which is refunded when you place a bulk order above 200 units.
Do you do custom logo printing? ▾
Absolutely. We offer screen printing, digital print, gold foil embossing, UV spot, hot stamping and debossing. All printing is free above 500 pieces.
What payment terms do you offer? ▾
For first orders: 50% advance, 50% before dispatch. For repeat clients (3+ orders): 30-day credit terms available with MSME registration.
How long does production take? ▾
Standard orders: 3–5 days. Custom print orders: 5–7 days. Express production (24–48 hrs) available at 20% surcharge for orders above 200 units.
Do you provide GST invoices? ▾
Yes, all orders come with a proper GST invoice. We are GST registered. For B2B orders, provide your GSTIN and we'll include it on the invoice.
